Bi-Rail Linear Modules with Screw Drive

The Bi-Rail Linear Modules are the right solution when loads and moments are important and speeds are very high. Thanks to the closed profile and the two guides and four carriages mounted laterally in the base profile, they are ideal both as Z-axis and as supporting structure in gantries. Based on loads and work cycles, a wide choice of screw transmissions, slides, protections, and options allow finding the right customized solution for every type of application.

The transmission occurs with ground/rolled ball screws (V), with long-pitch sliding screws (V), with oversized ball screws (H).
