Flexibility and modularity are the main features of MOVITEC Linear Units with Cross Table with screw or belt transmission, produced in aluminum. Based on loads and work cycles, a wide choice of screw transmissions, IMPEX slides, protections, and options allows finding the right customized solution for each type of application.

The transmission can be either with threaded screws for the CV version or with belt for the CC version. Within the screw transmission, there is a wide choice between ball screws, long-pitch screws, or trapezoidal screws. In particular, there are additional versions such as CHP, which mounts oversized diameter screws, and the HHP version, which mounts oversized screws inside the higher profile of the CC belt version.
The sliding occurs with special stainless steel guides (58Hrc) inserted laterally in the profile, and the carriage slides thanks to a large ball recirculation system (2.5mm and 3.5mm) with 4 contact points at 45 degrees. Six carriage configurations can be mounted: standard carriage (P), short carriage (S), long carriage (L), extra-long carriage (E), double standard carriage (D), or double short carriage (C). Load values will vary depending on the configuration.
The Linear Units with Cross Table are produced in the series: 040–060–086–116.
The series identifies the profile width (X)
The Linear Units are produced standard in extruded and anodized aluminum (A).
The Linear Units with Cross Table are supplied standard with bellows (S) cover. On request, the same Series can be provided with metal (M) cover or without protection (X) slats.
Stroke: 0027 – 0650 mm
For Linear Units, strokes are made from 27mm up to 4500mm.
